3. Shipping Destinations
The Company ships to selected international destinations supported by its operational capabilities, logistics arrangements, and shipping partners.

Available shipping destinations are displayed during the checkout process and may be modified, expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to decline shipment to particular jurisdictions, territories, addresses, or destinations where shipping is impractical, prohibited, excessively costly, operationally unreasonable, or restricted by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, carrier limitations, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
The Company may utilise one or more shipping carriers, freight providers, postal services, courier services, fulfilment partners, or logistics providers at its discretion.

Available shipping methods, service levels, and estimated transit times may vary depending on:
• destination country or region;
• product category;
• package dimensions and weight;
• carrier availability;
• customs requirements; and
• operational considerations.

The Company reserves the right to select, substitute, or change shipping carriers and fulfilment methods where reasonably necessary to complete delivery.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment following successful order confirmation and payment authorisation.

Dispatch timing may vary depending on:
• product availability;
• inventory status;
• production schedules;
• pre-order fulfilment requirements;
• order volume;
• quality control procedures; and
• operational capacity.

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within any estimated timeframes communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Such estimates are informational only and do not constitute guaranteed shipment dates.

Where available, shipment tracking information will generally be provided to the customer using the contact details supplied during checkout following dispatch of the order.

6. Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery estimates provided by the Company, shipping carriers, or fulfilment partners are approximate and provided for informational purposes only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:
• shipping carrier performance;
• customs inspections or clearance procedures;
• local delivery conditions;
• public holidays;
• weather conditions;
• transportation disruptions;
• regulatory requirements; and
• Force Majeure Events as defined in the Master Terms & Conditions.

The Company does not guarantee delivery within any particular timeframe unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international shipments are provided on a basis where the customer is responsible for all applicable:
• import duties;
• customs fees;
• VAT;
• GST;
• brokerage charges;
• local taxes; and
• similar governmental or customs-related charges.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with import regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges may result in shipment delays, refusal of delivery, return of the shipment, additional fees, or destruction of the shipment by customs authorities.

The Company is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or charges imposed by governmental authorities.

8. Delivery & Receipt of Shipments
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and report any visible shipping damage, missing items, or materially incorrect deliveries in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy.

Where delivery confirmation is recorded by the carrier, customers may be required to cooperate with carrier investigations and provide information reasonably requested by the Company to assist with resolution of delivery-related issues.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:
• recipient name;
• delivery address;
• apartment, suite, unit, or building details where applicable;
• postal code;
• telephone number where required; and
• any other information necessary to facilitate delivery.

The Company is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, returned shipments, or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Where feasible, the Company may attempt to assist customers in correcting delivery information after an order has been placed. However, once a shipment has entered carrier processing or transit, correction may not be possible.

10. Lost, Delayed & Undelivered Shipments
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, local regulations, public holidays, Force Majeure Events, or other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.

If a shipment appears significantly delayed, customers are encouraged to contact the Company at info@novaddmc.com. The Company will use reasonable efforts to assist with shipment tracing and carrier investigations where appropriate.

A shipment may be treated as potentially lost where it has not been delivered within the timeframe required by the applicable carrier’s lost-shipment procedures or where the carrier otherwise confirms that the shipment may be lost.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost following reasonable investigation, the Company may, at the customer's election, provide one of the following remedies, subject to carrier investigation outcomes and applicable law:
• arrange shipment of a replacement product, subject to availability;
• issue a refund to the original payment method; or
• provide another reasonable resolution agreed between the Company and the customer.

The Company reserves the right to require completion of reasonable carrier investigation procedures before processing replacement or refund requests relating to potentially lost shipments.

11. Returned Shipments & Refused Deliveries
A shipment may be returned to the Company for reasons including:
• refusal of delivery by the recipient;
• failure to collect the shipment;
• failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges;
• inaccurate or incomplete delivery information;
• inability to contact the recipient; or
• other customer-related delivery issues.

Where a shipment is returned to the Company for customer-related reasons, the Company may, at its discretion:
• arrange re-shipment at the customer’s expense;
• issue a refund reduced by outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and other costs incurred by the Company; or
• offer another commercially reasonable resolution.

Custom-made, personalised, modified, or special-order products may not be eligible for refund where delivery failure results from customer-related circumstances.

12. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, risk of loss and title to products transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout, as reflected in the carrier’s delivery records.

Where mandatory law provides otherwise, such mandatory provisions shall prevail to the extent required by law.

This Section should be read together with the applicable provisions of the Order & Pre-Order Terms and Master Terms & Conditions.

13. International Shipping Limitations
Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to particular destinations due to:
• export controls;
• sanctions restrictions;
• carrier limitations;
• import regulations;
• product-specific restrictions; or
• operational constraints.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be lawfully or reasonably fulfilled due to such limitations. Where payment has already been collected, the Company will generally issue an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable policies and payment processing procedures.

14. Force Majeure & Carrier Delays
The Company is not responsible for delays, interruptions, failures of shipment, or delivery disruptions caused by Force Majeure Events as defined in the Master Terms & Conditions.

Such events may include, without limitation:
• natural disasters;
• severe weather conditions;
• war;
• terrorism;
• labour disputes;
• transportation disruptions;
• governmental actions;
• customs restrictions;
• epidemics or pandemics; and
• failures affecting logistics or transportation networks.

Where practical, the Company will use reasonable efforts to communicate material shipping disruptions affecting customer orders.

15. Relationship to Other Policies
This Shipping Policy forms part of the Company’s broader legal framework and should be read together with the Master Terms & Conditions, Order & Pre-Order Terms, Returns & Refund Policy, Limited Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Where a conflict exists between this Shipping Policy and the Order & Pre-Order Terms regarding shipment processing, fulfilment, or delivery matters, the Order & Pre-Order Terms prevail for those specific matters.

16. Changes to This Shipping Policy
Nova DDMC Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, shipping practices, logistics arrangements, legal developments, or regulatory requirements.

Updated versions will be published on the Website with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply to orders placed after the updated effective date. Orders placed prior to that date remain governed by the Shipping Policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
